I’ve registered, but I can’t attend. Can I get a refund?
No problem! Just email us at corsi@mokaarra.com to let us know you won’t be able to attend.
If you cancel at least 7 days before the course, you’ll receive a 75% refund. After that date, refunds are no longer available.
Can I change the course date after registering?
Of course! Simply email us at corsi@mokaarra.com at least 7 days before your scheduled date, and you’ll be able to reschedule to another available session — no extra cost, no loss of payment.
What happens if the course is canceled?
If we have to cancel a course, you’ll be promptly notified by email. You can choose to transfer your registration to a later available date or request a full refund.
Can I attend the courses in any order?
Of course! Each course is independent, so you can pick the ones that interest you most based on the topics you want to explore.
How will I receive my certificate of attendance?
The certificate will be sent by email to the address you provided during registration. You will receive it as a PDF, ready to save or print.
Do I need to bring any materials or equipment?
