At around 1600 meters above sea level, in an ideal microclimate, the prized varieties Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica thrive.

The origin of the coffee is a key element in defining its quality and aromatic profile.
The plantation’s location and washed processing give the coffee unique characteristics, resulting in a high-quality organic coffee.
